The OACIQ register, how to read it, what it does not say, and the list of the team's brokers with their sectors.
The only complete list of real estate brokers in Quebec is the OACIQ public register, free and up to date, searchable by name, agency or city, which shows for each broker the licence in force, the category (residential, commercial), the agency and disciplinary measures; listing-site directories are only extracts. The list says who may practise, not who sells: recent sales in your sector, the pricing method and the marketing make the choice. Every broker on the Loaa and Manseur team (RE/MAX Platine) has a page with their exact name for the register, their sectors and their listings; the team works in English and French.
There is only one official list of real estate brokers in Quebec: the OACIQ public register, free, up to date, searchable by name, agency or city. It shows for each broker the licence in force, the category (residential, commercial), the agency and disciplinary measures. The "lists" on listing sites or directories are only extracts, often paid for by the brokers who appear on them.

The list says whether they may practise, not whether they sell: ask for their last three sales in your sector (addresses, price obtained, days), their pricing method and their marketing, and read their recent reviews. The register plus that proof make the choice.
Several thousand, registered with the OACIQ, which publishes the exact number of licence holders; the figure changes every month. What counts for you is the small number of brokers active in your sector, with recent sales.
