Condo for sale in Verdun and on Nuns' Island: the published price, the two markets and the checks

Condos · Verdun · September 14, 2026

Nuns' Island's published price, the mainland benchmarks, where to look in Verdun, our condos on the island and the checks before the offer.

As of September 14, 2026, a condo for sale in Verdun is read as two markets: Nuns' Island, median condo $613,176 in the second quarter of 2026 according to the APCIQ, sold in 75 days with 303 condos on the market, a buyer's market; and mainland Verdun, not reproduced alone on our pages, whose neighbouring benchmarks are the Sud-Ouest ($508,500, 31 days) and the island as a whole ($475,000 in August 2026, record listings and flat prices). Where to look: the converted plexes of Old Verdun near Wellington and the metro, the recent buildings on Boulevard LaSalle, the Nuns' Island and REM towers. Declaration of co-ownership, contingency fund (Bill 16), syndicate and building condition are the checks; the Loaa and Manseur team has three condos on the island and its buyer services are paid by the seller's commission.

Two markets in one borough

According to the APCIQ barometer, the median condo on Nuns' Island sold for $613,176 in the second quarter of 2026, in 75 days, with 303 condos on the market: a buyer's market, with time to negotiate. On mainland Verdun, the APCIQ does not reproduce a median on our pages; the neighbouring benchmarks are the Sud-Ouest ($508,500, +11%, 31 days) and the island as a whole ($475,000 in August 2026, record listings downtown and flat prices). We show no figure we have not read; we pull the closed sales of the building you are looking at before your offer.

Our condos on the island

As of September 14, 2026:

Where to look for a condo in Verdun

The converted plexes of Old Verdun near Wellington and the metro (the large 5 1/2s with balcony, rare and sought after by families: our page 3-bedroom condo); the recent buildings along Boulevard LaSalle and the riverbanks; Nuns' Island for towers with services, the REM and Pointe-Nord, where choice and time favour the buyer (Centris Nuns’ Island). In Verdun, price is set street by street around Wellington Street and its shops, the Verdun, De l'Église and LaSalle metro stations, the riverbanks and the Natatorium, Old Verdun (the 1910s to 1940s duplexes and triplexes with balconies), Crawford Park to the west (post-war bungalows, the entry price) and Nuns' Island (the towers and the REM). A house or plex within walking distance of Wellington and the metro sells faster; the waterfront and the bike path make the premium.

How we search with you

pre-approval with condo fees built in, a Centris alert plus the condos that come through the team before their release, a promise to purchase conditional on the syndicate's documents and the inspection. A condo is financed from a 5% down payment up to $500,000. Our buyer services are paid by the seller's commission.
