Delivered in 2024, QuinzeCent is one of the newest towers in the western downtown, at the corner of Guy. Worth knowing: its developer, Brivia Group, has been under the Companies' Creditors Arrangement Act since January 2026 for other projects (Square Phillips, Mansfield); QuinzeCent is not named in those proceedings according to the sources consulted, but a buyer will check the syndicate's finances, warranties and developer-held units before committing.

The APCIQ splits downtown into two sectors (Ville-Marie and Centre); depending on the exact address, a building falls in one or the other. In Ville-Marie the median condo sold for $465,000 in Q2 2026 (-1 % year over year, only +3 % in five years) in 89 days, the longest on the island; above $690,000 the sector carried 24.7 months of inventory over twelve months, a deep buyer's market.
