In Lévis, the house dominates: 76% of the dollars in 2025, the plex 13%. The rental-building market is thin, which cuts both ways: a plex seller has few comparables and a buyer little choice, so prices are discussed on rents and the building's condition more than on the market. For a house seller, it is a family market: buyers want a roof, not a yield, and the price is set on neighbouring houses. The detail by category is in house sales volume in Lévis, condo sales volume in Lévis and plex sales volume in Lévis.
Volume is a flow, not a value of the stock: it measures the money that changed hands in the year. A category can weigh a lot in dollars with few sales, like the plex, because its average ticket is bigger; the second table gives sales and average price to see it. Land, cottages and commercial properties are not counted.
