Oria is Solar Uniquartier's most recent fully delivered condo tower, in two phases (158 then 311 units). The developer still listed units for immediate occupancy on September 5, 2026, with published starting prices (studio from $313,845 plus taxes, one bedroom $449,580, two bedrooms $575,000, three bedrooms $679,800, townhouse $735,900): the direct reference for any Oria seller, who must position at or below the equivalent new unit.

In Brossard and Saint-Lambert the median condo sold for $404,000 in Q2 2026 (-3 % year over year, +29 % in five years) in 50 days, the longest condo delay on the South Shore. New supply around the REM (Solar Uniquartier, DIX30) weighs on resale: a seller competes with the developer next door. In August 2026 the South Shore had 28 % more listings than a year earlier.
