Sir Charles is the first tower of a four-tower complex at the foot of Longueuil metro, and the first South Shore building with a Nordic spa on the 25th floor. The developer was still selling units on September 5, 2026 (studios from $280,600 plus taxes): a Sir Charles seller therefore competes with new units in the same tower, and the neighbouring Myral tower (33 storeys, 555 units) arrives in 2027.
