Vic&Lambert is Saint-Lambert's boutique building: only 50 units, LEED Gold, triple glazing and penthouses up to 3,600 sq ft, on the riverfront and walking distance from Victoria village. It rarely sells, and when a unit comes up it compares with the houses of old Saint-Lambert more than with Brossard's towers.
