The difference between a real estate team and a solo broker is not talent but organization: a team answers when your broker is at a showing, shows your house the same evening, produces the marketing with dedicated resources, negotiates with the combined experience of several files in progress, and does not let your transaction stop when one person falls ill or goes on vacation.
