As of September 14, 2026, a condo for sale on the North Shore of Montreal trades around $390,000, the North Shore's median condo in the APCIQ August 2026 report (Laval $449,000), with a second-quarter range from $315,000 in Saint-Jérôme to $459,900 in Mirabel (Blainville $428,500, Terrebonne $381,000, Mascouche $362,250, Repentigny $334,200). In the APCIQ August 2026 report, the North Shore's median condo sold for $390,000, against $600,000 for the single-family home (+4%) sold in 37 days, the shortest selling time in Greater Montreal tied with the South Shore; Laval, $449,000. In the second quarter, city by city: Blainville $428,500 (the most expensive in the ring), Mirabel $459,900, Terrebonne $381,000, Mascouche $362,250, Repentigny $334,200, Saint-Jérôme $315,000 (the cheapest). The metropolitan area: $437,250 in 62 days, the longest selling time of the three categories.

Recent condos near the exo stations (Blainville, Sainte-Thérèse, Terrebonne, Mascouche, Saint-Jérôme at the terminus) and Highway 15 for the easiest resale; Lachenaie and Vieux-Terrebonne for space per dollar; Saint-Jérôme for the entry level; Laval (Downtown, Chomedey) for the metro. There is no scale: they depend on services (elevator, pool, gym), the age of the building and the health of the contingency fund. Very low fees in an aging building often announce a special assessment; ask for the budget, the fund study and the minutes before the offer.
