A median, not an average: half the sales above, half below, which neutralizes exceptional units. The figures come from Centris's "Condominium" category for all of RDP-Pointe-aux-Trembles, with 2026 ending in August. Between two buildings in the same city, the price-per-square-foot gap can exceed the gap between two sectors; a broker evaluation starts from the building, not the city.
