Altoria is the only tower in this series whose direct link to the RÉSO is confirmed by a source we read: you step out of the elevator into Square-Victoria metro without going outside. With only 152 condos above ten floors of offices, resale supply is very scarce, making it one of the most stable addresses in the Quartier international.

The APCIQ splits downtown into two sectors (Ville-Marie and Centre); depending on the exact address, a building falls in one or the other. In Ville-Marie the median condo sold for $465,000 in Q2 2026 (-1 % year over year, only +3 % in five years) in 89 days, the longest on the island; above $690,000 the sector carried 24.7 months of inventory over twelve months, a deep buyer's market.
