Le Peterson is the most recognizable tower of the Quartier des spectacles with its undulating balconies, and the only downtown building with a climbing wall in its common areas. Without a pool (no source mentions one), it plays on living spaces and immediate proximity to Place des Festivals; it is a resident's product more than an investor's, to be compared with Maestria, its giant neighbour.

The APCIQ splits downtown into two sectors (Ville-Marie and Centre); depending on the exact address, a building falls in one or the other. In Ville-Marie the median condo sold for $465,000 in Q2 2026 (-1 % year over year, only +3 % in five years) in 89 days, the longest on the island; above $690,000 the sector carried 24.7 months of inventory over twelve months, a deep buyer's market.
