Single-family and Condominium categories, all municipalities of the region, median sale price and number of sales by year, Centris (Matrix), harvested on the night of October 13 to 14, 2026. Condo: median published from 10 sales in the year. 2026: January to September.

In the Eastern Townships, the median house is worth $475,500 in 2026, +154% in ten years, in line with the regions; the condo, at $339,000, is worth 0.71 times the house and rose more slowly than it. The regional median is a benchmark, not a price: it mixes suburbs close to services and rural municipalities. A seller sets the price on the past six months' sales in the city; a buyer compares the region's cities before choosing, because the gap between two neighbouring cities often exceeds one year's increase. The region's land prices are in land prices in the Eastern Townships; cottage prices, in cottage prices in the Eastern Townships.
One price and one number of sales per year for the whole Estrie region, all municipalities combined. The number of sales is the reliability benchmark: 4,746 house sales in 2025 give a reliable median; 848 condo sales do too. The regional median is not each city's median: our city pages, listed above, give the price of every tracked municipality. Sales without a broker are not in Centris.
