What to know before buying or selling here

Evolo X is the tallest Pointe-Nord tower (36 storeys) and the only one with two pools and a glassed spa over the river. Delivered in 2020, it is also the most recent condo tower in the neighbourhood delivered before the REM; its upper units with downtown views form Nuns' Island's high end alongside Symphonia.
