The first two Pointe-Nord towers, delivered in 2012 and 2014, founded the densest neighbourhood on Nuns' Island; the REM's arrival in 2023 two steps away transformed their rental and resale value. They now compare with Evolo X (2020) and Evolo Nex (delivered 2026): older, they often offer larger units at the same price.

On Nuns' Island the median condo sold for $613,176 in Q2 2026 (flat year over year, +22 % in five years) in 75 days: the priciest condo sector on the island after Centre, and one of the slowest, because buyers compare several towers in the same neighbourhood.
