Symphonia POP is the architectural tower of Pointe-Sud, recognizable by its stacked white cubes, within Westcliff's Symphonia ensemble (Symphonia 1 in 2014, SOL in 2023, VIU in 2025, MUZ planned for 2028). At resale it compares with its sisters rather than with the Evolo towers of Pointe-Nord: same developer, same standards, but less immediate REM access.

On Nuns' Island the median condo sold for $613,176 in Q2 2026 (flat year over year, +22 % in five years) in 75 days: the priciest condo sector on the island after Centre, and one of the slowest, because buyers compare several towers in the same neighbourhood.
