The condo is $43,000 cheaper in Longueuil ($385,000 vs $428,000) and faster (41 days vs 55). Longueuil is one metro station (yellow line), the REM at Panama right next door, the river, Vieux-Longueuil and its plexes; Laval is three metro stations (orange line), two REM stations, six sectors from $547,500 to $775,500 and 821 houses active. Longueuil has the Longueuil-Université-de-Sherbrooke metro (yellow line, one station from Berri-UQAM), the REM at Panama and Du Quartier at its edge, the river and Marie-Victorin park, Vieux-Longueuil and rue Saint-Charles, Charles-Le Moyne hospital, Cégep Édouard-Montpetit, the Université de Sherbrooke, and the Jacques-Cartier bridge. Laval has three metro stations (Montmorency, De la Concorde, Cartier), two REM stations (Sainte-Dorothée, Île-Bigras), Cité-de-la-Santé, Collège Montmorency, the Université de Montréal campus, Centropolis, Carrefour Laval, the Centre de la nature, two rivers, and six sectors. Both are lived by car, except around the metro.
