Downtown and the old streets around rue Notre-Dame line up brick houses, plexes and condos, at or above the median for renovated ones. Arthabaska, the old heritage village at the foot of the mountain, keeps the old houses and tree-lined streets, above the median. The 1960s to 1990s bungalow neighbourhoods and the recent developments to the west make the volume, at the median, with new houses on lots. The concessions and neighbouring municipalities (Warwick, Princeville, Saint-Christophe-d'Arthabaska) offer hobby farms and the entry level.
