Symphonia VIU is Nuns' Island's tallest tower and the last of Westcliff's Symphonia ensemble at Pointe-Sud: delivered in 2024 and 2025, with units still at the developer (dated "starting at" prices above) and a resale market just starting (a 703-sq-ft unit listed at $624,900 in September 2026, an asking price and not a closed sale). The Symphonia ensemble shares common areas between neighbouring towers with separate lobbies: a buyer's first question is therefore which syndicate, which fees and which reserve fund cover what, and the second is the view (river, downtown or island), which makes a good share of the price on the 43rd floor. The sector is a slow condo market (75 days) where the buyer compares tower by tower; a VIU seller prices on the closed sales of the tower and of Symphonia POP, not on the island median. The REM, at Pointe-Nord, is reached by STM buses 12 and 168, extended to Pointe-Sud.

On Nuns' Island the median condo sold for $613,176 in Q2 2026 (flat year over year, +22 % in five years) in 75 days: the priciest condo sector on the island after Centre, and one of the slowest, because buyers compare several towers in the same neighbourhood.
