Domaine-Vert North and South are the most requested sectors: new and recent houses at or above the median, and most of the condos (new townhouses). Mirabel-en-Haut offers the large houses on large lots, above the median and often above $960,000, where the buyer leads. Saint-Janvier mixes 1980s and recent houses at the median, near the shops and city hall. Saint-Canut and the farming villages (Sainte-Scholastique, Saint-Benoît, Saint-Augustin) offer the entry level and the country houses, below the median, sometimes with well and septic system. The good deals of 2026: large houses above $960,000 listed for more than 60 days, and Saint-Janvier houses from the 1980s to renovate.
